First of all the sales rep, Adrian is outstanding. His attention to detail is wonderful. And they have secret formula to ensure lifetime efficiency of your motorized screens. The install folks who came out Friday, Drew, Justin, Peyton, and Tyler were spectacular. They made us FEEL like this was the most important install they have ever done. Good guys and polite. As the references told me when I called, the only “knock” on Zingas is their inside customer support. It’s not close to where it should be. Thank you to Morgan Booger for stepping and stepping UP! I saw an advertisement in the local Naples paper while visiting during the Easter holiday. Not expecting a purchase just seeking options. The Zinga's reprep Adam was so helpful, the options so varied I suggested my friend consider this seriously. When she worried about slower business I decided it was a perfect gift for her birthday which would take place in 9 weeks. They promise 7-9 weeks on custom made shades! The result was my friend who was a part of my wedding 40 yrs ago loves them! Thank you Adam & Tracy! Her birthday is the same day as Taylor Swift. This was better than a trip to NYC!

Justin & Peyton were very reliable in fact they arrived earlier than expected. There was a slight issue with one of the blinds and he is coming back to fix it. They were very fast with the installation. Window treatments were very nice quality. I would reccomend Zingas if you are looking for window treatments for your home. For installation ask for Justin & Peyton.

All went well. From the measure to the install. The installers were great at setting up the app for me. They also did a great job on the install and were clean and very pleasant. Kim was also another very nice employee. I would highly recommend Zinga’s.

My Azenco Pergola project that Zinga’s installed for me turned out better than I expected, with great workmanship and what a quality product from Azenco, we could not be happier with our 1155 sqft. of outdoor living space! Danny, Rob, and Justin worked with me during the entire installation process and their willingness to resolve minor issues as they came up, often realtime was very much appreciated. They were very patient and professional and worked with me to make our vision for this remarkable outdoor living pergola patio space a reality for us. I would highly recommend them.

We got plantation shutters and automatic binds. We are so happy with both. The installer was fantastic! Phil did most of the work. He did it quickly and with a smile. He explained everything well and cleaned his space. Phil was fantastic! Also appreciated my salesman, Stefano. Professional and knowledgeable.

From start to fit and finish the team at Zinga’s was great! Friendly, professional team starting with Kyle for our estimate. Then as promised the awning came in on time. We have not had our install yet. We are just getting started but but we are impressed with Adams coverage of his company, product and warranty. We are going ahead with it and look forward to our installation.

my remote quit working, no problem. Zinga’s was quick to resolve the problem. Tried to reprogram the remote, didn’t work, a new remote was on my door step the next day. I highly recommend this company

Zinga's came out to measure for a replacement black out motorized shade for one of our bedrooms. From ordering to installation the entire process was professional and easy. The shade is great, works well and blocks out the street light in front of our house.

Jason did a great job of completing the installation! This was the third attempt to fit the plantation shutters. I am grateful that he had a table saw, that allowed him to make the final adjustments to fit our windows. The quality of the final product is great (even though it took several attempts to complete) We are also pleased by our exterior hurricane shutters.
